All client information sent between our offices and cloud server is secured with Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) encryption, end-to-end. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable client information.

The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure location, and are password-protected.
